I am a Personal Development Coach with over a decade of experience in working with and supporting people.

A large section of my career focused on young people; looked after children and unaccompanied asylum seeking minors, as well as in schools with young people and their families to remove barriers to academic and emotional well-being.

For the latter part of my working life so far, I have focused on adults; coordinating projects that support survivors of domestic abuse and working with women offenders on addressing underlying factors that contribute to their offending behaviour. I have also worked in the field of advocacy; ensuring vulnerable adults who are in need of care and support from Social Care, or who may have been deprived of their liberty get their wishes and feelings heard and are able to make their own choices about their own lives.

Recently, I have begun to work with a mental health charity, supporting people recovering from mental ill health to return to employment or training.

I employ coaching and mentoring in all facets of my life, in and out of work. I live by the fundamental principles I embed into my work and I have a genuine passion for helping people to change their thinking and find their happy.

I understand people, how to relate to them and I am able to support them in relating to each other. I have been doing it since I was at school, helping my friends and continue to be driven by my wish to empower as many people as I can.

I live in the South West with my, Husband, Daughter and Roxie the Rottweiler.
